4 hour radiohead remix by mr pedro

mr james rutledge, aka pedro, has done a 4 hour remix of the last track off radioheads 'in rainbows' album - videotape.

while most remixes appear as tacked on additions to later released singles, this one is coming in at an epic 4 hours long, and is only (sort of) available on a limited edition of 1 VHS tape with strange and colourful graphic accompaniment provided by philip m lane and case art designed by jacob blandy.

im sure there will be much more media attention coming soon, but for now, the basic details can be found on the good mans site itself...

but while you might find it hard to get hold of this particular piece, have a try at getting his album when its due for release over here next month. its very good, very good indeed.

i want to be able to afford shiny paper

some more ridiculously pretty work from one of my favourite design companies du jour: madethought. their typography is stunning and the way they just use lovely paper stock or nice foil lettering, just makes me cry inside and wish i had more money, so i could do personal projects with such nice finishes.

if god is in the detail, they are positively saints.
