to be perfectly honest, im not quite sure myself most days, but i think the usual answer is far too much in the time that i have.
i really dont have time for a full time job, which is a little frustrating, but also a necessary (evil). sorry to anyone i work with. i really dont mind, just that i need more time :)
well, reading proust, book of lost things by someone or other, and many flash programming books.
2 oclock in the morning i can usually be found in bed looking up the benefits and virtues of using MVC design patterns over observer models. yes, my god i am boring. this is what i get being single. maybe this is why i am single. who knows eh. who cares morelike.
needing to learn a bucket load of stuff still and its all very exciting and i am getting there slowly but surely.
setting up a collective to give an outlet to a lot of very talented friends and a forum for doing collaborative work (im very good at working on my own, but probably not so much with other people). very excited about that too. get to play graphics with lovely mr pete and get so ridiculously excited that i cant sleep at night for the ideas going round in my brain.
listening to lots of stuff. charlie parker, squarepusher, last days of april, sunfactor, faith no more, justice, pedro, clark, aphex twin, guns 'n' roses, bjork, jeniferever, explosions in the sky, stars of the lid, ben folds five, fall out boy, beastie boys, ty, roots manuva, mark kozalek, metronomy, steve reich, arvo part, bonobo, ben webster, miles davis, scanners, appleseed cast, jose gonzales, iron and wine, beth orton, pendulum, roni size, metalheads, midlake, from monument to masses and more. cant list them all right now but thats been the last week or so
feeling pretty happy i have to say at the moment. sooo excited to have friends a lot closer. been a wierd time since christmas, but its kind of beautiful that its bought everyone a lot nearer. so big love and thank yous go to my favourites - rick, pete, sooz, ms doom, oli, chris, michael, chippie, nik, dan, kate, hannah and everyone really.
this is starting to sound like a thank you speech for an awards ceremony. its not. just want people to know how much they meant to me xx
